DSpace OAI URL doesn't work

Hello All,

We have installed DSpace6.3 on a docker container, The instance is working properly,But we've a problem with OAI, The OAI url which is looks like (http://xyz.ab/oai/request?verb=ListRecords) is not working

(Page Not Found), So we couldn't harvest the records from external app., Although we have re-deployed DSpace using the 2 techniques in this installation page (https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC6x/Installing+DSpace), Cleared the oai cache, And revised all the configurations in (oai.cfg, local.cfg, dspace.cfg), Also the OAI import script is running very well, Did anyone face the same problem before?
