Hi Nason, 

According to the release notes for version 8, this is one of the new features that will be coming with the DSpace 8.0 release (scheduled for mid- to late June).

Scroll down to "New Features" and the fourth bullet point from the bottom describes the new ROR integration in DSpace 8.
