Extracting Usage Metrics from Solr

Hi everyone,

Does anyone here know how to go about extracting as much information about usage from the Solr backend as possible? I'm trying to get query, download and page view stats from Solr but I don't know how to go about it and I am feeling a little overwhelmed by Solr management. Also, I would like to know how to wipe the backend stats if possible. Thank you!
