DSpace6.4 resticted Community and Items not visible to all users

I migrated from DSpace 6.3 to DSpace 6.4 but restricted communities and items that are not visible to all users it just shows empty spaces. Showing restricted community and items list in DSpace6.3, I want the same in DSpace6.4 please help me with that.
