How change title DSpace 7.2

Hey! How can I change the site name from DSpace Angular to e.g. SDU in DSpace 7.2? Could you please explain step by step. For a month and a half I can not change the title of the site. Please, help!

Most (nearly all) text in the DSpace 7 UI can be modified in the language packs / i18n files.  So the text "DSpace Angular ::" text that appears in the title of each page is editable in that file.  Here's it's location in the default "en.json5" file: https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/blob/main/src/assets/i18n/en.json5#L3086-L3088
