record missing after port change

Hello there,

 

We recently did a port change by editing values in oai and 2 other files also changed listening port on tomcat from 8080 to 80.  After that we faced a problem that when going to dspace it shows the number of records in each community/collection but we cant see and records at all. We tried using dspace index-discovery -b then restarted tomcat but still nothing is there. Anyone knows whats going on? We are using version 6.2 on ubuntu.
