Missing Dspace Communities/Resources

Hello Everyone, I am my Dspace administrator and i have been battling to resolve some problems for sometime now. When one of my submitters logs into the platform and wants to upload an item, she cannot find the community she wants to upload into. Secondly, one of my editors cannot as well see resources uploaded into her community for reviewing and then final submission. What could be the cause (s) of these problems and how can they be resolved. Thanks.
