How to display Thumbnail to ALL for restricted collections in DSpace7.6.1?
my setting:

my setting:
filter.org.dspace.app.mediafilter.publicPermission = JPEGFilter,PDFBoxThumbnail,BrandedPreviewJPEGFilter
when i run [dspace]/bin/dspace filter-media Thumbnails are showing for ADMIN.

i want to show Thumbnail for ALL.
