Recommendations/Experience with Dspace service providers

Greetings,  

We are a small institution who no longer has a Library system administrator or an IT Linux administrator to manage our self hosted installation.  We are considering a move to a provider hosted solution instead of hiring someone with the necessary skills.  I am familiar with the Registered Service Provider page (https://dspace.lyrasis.org/rsp/) and plan to reach out to a few providers.  

We are looking for recommendations and experience from others who are or have been hosted by any of the providers listed there or elsewhere.  

I don't have specific questions, so any experience with, and in support of, a provider you can share is appreciated.  Please reply on or off list, at your discretion.
