I updated my graphics drivers this morning and I experienced the invisible battle net launcher. I fixed it by ending all of the battle net related tasks in Task Manager. Once I had ended all of these tasks, I just had to start up the battle net launcher and it was visible.

Hello, battle.net launcher will appear with a windows 7 border with the inside of the border invisible. This then interrupts gameplay on World of Warcraft and crashes Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. This will occur once every 7 minutes.
