Recap of ArtBeat meeting - includes outstanding items

The primary focus of our July monthly meeting was to get ready for hosting a table at ArtBeat on July 18 (rain date July 19). ArtBeat hours are from Noon - 5pm with breakdown scheduled for 6:30-6:45 (cars can go to Winter St & Holland St at 6). We may try to walk stuff in and/or out on our own schedule. Louisa took more extensive notes than I did. I hope she will chime in if I leave out anything significant.

Emily Lacika; Provide art supplies, clipboards, dumdums.

David Booth: Easel for posting activity responses

Rebecca Rogers; Check if the table and chairs are available and report back.

Marilyn Schachter; Print coloring pages, hopefully create banner in time, bring tape, post it notes (2 colors), 1/4 size flyers with Web site and QRC, notify group of our assigned drop off time when notified

Unassigned tasks (please, volunteer if you can)

Create a sheet to collect email addresses

Elaine's new member info sheet (I don't know where to find this)

Create a sign that invites people to participate in our activity (see separate email)

All items to be delivered to Rebecca's garage in time to be delivered to Winter St & Holland St. by drop off time.

Anyone who stops at our ArtBeat table - please take photos

Does Anyone Have or Can Borrow

A folding canopy & weights for the legs

A large stable floor standing easel for activity responses (David's is smallish and will sit on the table)
