The Mystic River Watershed Association has a few spots left in their tree giveaway program. If you are interested in a free tree for your yard, please fill out this form. Then a Tree Ambassador will make an appointment to verify that your yard is a good candidate, consider tree placement, and select the tree variety with you. They have several trees to choose from of varying sizes. The Ambassadors are doing site visits now, and then planting will take place in the fall and spring. More info: https://mysticriver.org/trees
