Needing a ASP.Net dev looking for a side-job

Hi, I have a friend who needs some programming help. 10-15 hours per week, $40-50 /hour. Flexible on the hours (nights and weekends are OK) but would like to be able to meet face-to-face once in a while (after work is fine).

He needs someone who can do mostly Asp.net (C#) stuff with SQL server and Crystal Reports but does need to be able to do a little desktop app development as well. He's a highly technical business guy working for a small real-estate company. He knows what he needs and is good at articulating it. He's not a programmer though.

Here's the catch: reliability is a critical feature. It's important to him to find a person who cares about uptime and can be responsive in those rare cases where things go wrong. Not to carry a pager or anything, just be accessible.
