Hi All, 

Please find the points discussed as part of the AGM and make note of the necessary action items by owners and tenants alike.

1) Discussion on STP - STP has been made mandatory by Pollution control board. Discussed on approaching the builder or external vendors on possibility of setting up STP. Builder to be approached by 07 July 2018
2) Discussion on Pending maintenance and CCTV amount - Non resident owners are requested to ask the tenants to make the payment for CCTV. On the other hand tenants are requested to make payment and inform the owner.
Maintenance payments to be done by 05'th of every month. Alert will be send to pay maintenance on 2'nd and 5'th. It has been agreed that the electricity would be cut for the defaulters on 06'th.
3) increase in maintenance - increase in monthly maintenance discussed. Core committee is working on the percentage of increase needed.
4) Appointment of floor representatives - Floor representatives were appointed and they will be the first point of contact for issues related to the floor residents. 
- Ground Floor - Ganesh(003)
- First floor - Raghunath (105)
- second floor - Ajith(208)
- third floor - Arun David(301)
5) Cauvery connection - First approach with Narendra Babu and Counsellor for getting the installation done, else with the builder.
6) Cauvery collection - As requested by builder 25,000 per flat was supposed to be collected paid by 25 flats 13 remaining for now. Request the owners to please pay.
7) Filing of IT returns - IT returns to be filed for the apartment. Since fines will be imposed if not done, this is to be taken on priority.

I'm attaching the pending maintenance and CCTV payments for reference. 

Please note the sheet was last updated on 30'th June. Kindly ignore if paid after 30'th June.
