Hi All,
As we had communicated in our WhatsApp group we will be having our Annual General Body meet on 2nd July, 2017 (Sunday). We require all the apartment owners to be present for the meeting as important decisions will be taken and voting will be held to elect the members of the committee.
In view of the same we call for nominations for the following members of the society:
* President
* General Secretary
* Vice-precident
* Treasurer
Apart from that we also need to form the core committee and elect members for it. This will be decided in the meeting.
We will be sending a form regarding this to all the apartments. Please make sure to return them after filling it. If you are not able to physically fill the form request you to send a photocopy of the filled form.
