Dear Mr. Pavan,

Please refer to our previous mail which states all approvals have been taken and connection will be made immediately subject to payment receipt.  Yes, per flat charges for water is Rs.25K..

Request to initiate internal meeting this week end and take call on the same, we have to review present plumbing connections, if any major damages the actual cost to be borne by customers with regard plumbing materials.

Yes , every thing is fine. We have made all the arrangement and obtained necessary approval from BWSSB for the water connection of building. The necessary papers are in place. In fact we had to spend additional amount and time besides other resources to speed up the matter. We have estimated Rs 25,000/- per flat contribution for completion and request you to kindly arrange to collect the same and remit to us asap, we have deadlines of 10th of Aug, 2016.  Request to speedup collection of amount from flat owners before due date.  You can also transfer amount to below mentioned account:

We are continuation followup with BWSSB authorities, present status is meters have already been sanctioned, our representative will be collecting the same by this week, we will ensure the water connection formalities completion by next week.

Coming to Gate installation we have approached to land owner, but we have failed to convince him for gate installation @ main road point.  

Regarding regularisation of building, we are in touch with authorities, if there is any positive movements will convey the same immediately.  Further, we will confirm sign board installation @ DS-MAX Serenity by coming week, we are under process of visibility view checking.

Request to re-imburse BWSSB connection amount, we will inform amount to be paid by each flat owner, once water connection force into building.

Regarding Akrama/Sakrama and regularisation, as explained in the meeting there is no changes in laws, we will be posting on latest updates as and when we will receive communication from authorities.

Coming to B block passage, we are very clear there is no UDS allocated to flat owners on part of private road, we have mutual understanding with owners, however we will clarify about gate installation.

DSMAX Serenity project name display board, we are under discussion, we will post you within couple of days.
