How have your been, following up on our site visit I have listed out the materials which need to be replaced on priority:

1. ARD batteries - 6 No's each site : Rs. 8,750/- 

                       for 2 sites -12 batteries - Rs.17,500/- (Rupees seventeen        thousand five hundred and only)

2. Emergency Alarm Full set  - One set - Rs.5,825/- (Rupees five thousand eight hundred and twenty five only)

 Total Rs.23,325/- (Rupees twenty three thousand three hundred and twenty five only) inclusive of taxes.

Payment terms- 80% advance,20% after the completion of works.

Hi Pavan,

Since we are giving AMC to them for all these years, shouldn't this be taken care by them only? Do we have any terms and conditions of their AMC?

Hi Vivek,

     Spares replacement is not covered as part of AMC terms and conditions. I Had a call with them on this and ARD batteries replacement was pending from past 1 year.

      I will also check with other vendor who gave us a new quote for AMC and update all of you on this.
