Hi All,

Sorry for the delay on the MOM... Please find the points agreed upon.

1) Apartment registration with Bangalore apartment federation to be done. One time registration fee for Rs 500 & annual charges of Rs 2000. This is to be done for STP and other issues to be taken up with government. - registration was completed.

2) External vendor identified for water supply who will help us reduce the costs by 20% per month. - Completed 

3) Maintenance to be paid by 5'th of every month. Electricity will be cut for defaulters. - Will be done from May.

4) Food truck people have been informed to vacate by the end of the month. Rent was fixed at Rs 5000/-

5) AGM to be conducted next month. 

6) STP issues to be discussed with the builder

7) Floor representatives to be appointed for every floor, issues to be informed to them and in-turn they are responsible for informing the association committee.
