Hi All,

Please find below the agenda for the meeting:
  • Discussion with DS Max regarding the following points
    • Transfer of pending maintenance amount - the previous CEO had assured that the amount would be transferred but the new CEO is saying otherwise. We have asked him for a meeting and he has replied back saying he is out town and to meet next month.
    • Receipts for building development fees (to Bescom) - Previously they had promised to give these receipts.
  • Waste segregation - introduction of waste segregation in the apartment.
  • Kaveri connection
  • Installation of Solar panels
  • Any suggestions/feedback/complaints
