       Kindly involve the parties who are buying the flats and  make them confirm that they will be paying in the corpus fund to association by next month.

Its just a suggestion and I am not sure about the feasibility.

Can we ask the new owner to pay the corpus fund directly to the Aditya account rather than transferring to Association account. 

In case the new owner opts to pay later on , is there any confirm pay date.

Dear All,

When I was in Faridabad, one of my friend purchsed a house from a society.  in that case, following were observed:

a) The sale agreement between the owner of the house and the new owner had a clause that the buyer has to agree to all the rules and regulation of the society.

b) There will be an agreement between the society and the new owner to abide by the rules of the society.

c) The new owner has to give all the monies to the society as he will be the member after the house is taken by him.

I think, this can be followed here also.
