Very Important Notice to all the flat owners and tenants

The below are the very important notices that everybody should aware and adhere in our apartment. Please also pass those information to your tenants.

1. CFL bulbs are being theft in common area from few days. Everyday at least one bulb is missing in the common areas. Security cannot monitor everybody and all the floors. Everybody please help in monitoring and maintaining our property.
   
2. Some people are yelling at the security and association members because of missing CFL bulbs. Everybody is equally responsible for maintaining the apartment. Please note that association members are not the full time workers for the apartment, they just doing service in their free time. Anybody can take responsibility and install light if it is dark in their premises. After all, it is everybody's apartment. they shouldn't blame only few members if they have inconvenience. People should leave the attitude of ’Why should I?’ and that's how the office barriers are working.
   
3. From next week we will maintain a register for complaints. If anybody have any issues please log in the register or drop an email to the association. Please don shout at the security or at the individuals.
   
4. Somebody is urinating in the lifts very often. Everybody please monitor who is that and inform to security or association if they have any clue. Plesae cooperate in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in our premises.
   
5. Some people are throwing littering cigarette packets, gutkha packet covers, and garbage over in common areas, aluminum roof tops over car park, swimming pool areas, and even in the neighboring premises. Hence request all the owners / tenants to '"NOT" throw any waste materials. Please use the garbage drums to throw all your waste materials.
   
6. Please let us know if you have any complaints or feedback regarding the new security.

Dear Association Members,

Thanks for the update..

But who are those well mannered and courageous people to shout on the security. Are they the owners or tenants? India need such people on borders to showcase their courage.
