Hi Mahesh,

       So far we have received only Rs. 20000/- from you Rs 10000/- in Feb and Rs. 10000/- in May. We are not receiving the maintenance amount as you promised to give in 4 installments and clear it by June. As of now your Balance maintenance amount is Rs 50000/-.
       We don't have an option other than stopping the basic facilities to your flat. Will send a notice to your tenants and stop the same by this week.

Wow..What an offer.....
20 months of honeymoon period, EMI option for 4 months without any processing fee and interest. Even Paytm doesn't have such offer.

Any body can avail this offer??



Is it fare to give such an option of paying on his own luxury without any penalty?



I appreciate association's efforts for making him to agree for the payment.


My worry is others will take lenience of such incidences and ignore paying maintenance promptly.


Our association should make stringent rules towards maintenance payment and association by laws.

Mahesh called me up at about 5 pm today. He explained that he has not been getting any communication from the association and that it was definitely not his intention not to pay, etc. I suggested him to join our WhatsApp group and also Yahoo / Google group. He said his new number is +91-9426274028. Please arrange to add him to our WhatsApp group and e-mail group(s).


He wants to pay the outstanding in installments as follows:
On 04-Feb-2016: Rs.10,000
Mar-2016: Rs.15,000
Apr-2016: Rs.15,000
May-2016: Rs.15,000
Jun-2016: Balance as of that date.


He said he will transfer Rs.10,000 to the association's account by tomorrow positively. Just to be sure that he has the correct account details, please share the account details (account number, name, IFSC, account type, etc.) by replying to this e-mail.

Hahaha. ..This guy again starting playing cheap tactics.... muft ki roti khane  ka maja Le raha hain...kyonki baki sab chup  hain..bhai aur maje Le lo...mein bhi apke sath aatha  hoon...Mujhe bhi thoda sika  dena...meharbani hogi...

Dear Mr Mahesh Kambli

With the below contents of the trail mail it is but imperative for us to pay the Association their due maintenance amount as a deduction from the rental amount which we pay directly to you as you are not answering the mails of the Association. Or the Next alternative for us is to vacate your property.

It is causing great mental harassment and it is insulting for us to get such mails from the association which we live in and we are the ones who are facing the association members on a day to day basis.

We request you to kindly revert back to us in a day or we have no other choice to pay the association directly.
