Come out and join the Des Moines Parrothead Club for a phun night at the Margaritaville night at the I-Cubs on Saturday, June 14. We will have a block of seats together for you to choose from to be with fellow Parrotheads. You will be next to a phun group of folks out for a night of Beer , Buffett, and Baseball. Also stay tuned to Facebook as details for tail gating the day of the game. Arrive early to enjoy pre-game music by Banana Wind! In addition, the first 1,000 fans in the gates will receive a Margaritaville themed Iowa Cubs shirt!
When tickets are purchased through this site $3 of each ticket will go directly to the Kiwanis Miracle League Baseball of Des Moines, (the field directly to the west of Principal Park). This is one of the local organizations supported by the Des Moines Parrotheads. Our support of the Miracle League extends beyond donating from events like this as we regularly volunteer as Parrotheads in the outfield at games by being buddies with the players, assisting them in the field and batting. This is one example of the true spirit of the Parrotheads everywhere inspired by the late great Jimmy Buffett. "Party with a Purpose"
