Winter/Spring Training Group details posted

I just posted the schedule for this year's Winter/Spring training
group beginning January 16th. All the details are available on the

I think this Saturday is going to be dangerously cold to be outside
for very long. Please be careful out there!

Training doesn't start until next week so maybe it'll warm up a bit
before then. Unfortunately for me, I have 13 miles on Saturday and
another 6 on Sunday I need to get in... and there's no way I'm running
a half-marathon on a treadmill.
