Good evening everyone, I'm using dsiprouter as a proxy for my Issabel PBXs. However, due to company requirements, I'd like to know if it's feasible to switch the default communication port from 5060 to 5070.

Yes, you can:  

1) vi /opt/dsiprouter/kamailio/configs/kamailio.cfg

2) Find SIP_PORT and change it from 5060 to 5070

3) Execute "dsiprouter configurekam"

4) Restart Kamailio using "systemctl restart kamailio"
