I'm trying to get teams direct routing setup, I've purchased the license, followed the instructions and I'm getting the green check marks in the dsiprouter web page. I've added the SBC to teams but the TEAMS portal just shows "inactive".

When I make a call in Teams, I don't see anything on sngrep and the call just ends in teams.

What do I have to do to get this to be "active"?

Can anyone help me figure out why it just shows INACTIVE? I can't figure anything out. I've contacted our reseller and they said we have the right TEAMS licenses.

Have you sent traffic over it? They will show as inactive unless it had recent traffic.

Just make sure the 2 below items are Active and your ok:
