Hi All,.
Trying to setup multi-homed dsiprouter, but struggling find what dSipRouter config to start with before making adjustments to rtpengine.conf and kamailio.cfg.
Ive tried to installed dSipRouter with 2 nics installed . eth0 = public ip and eth1=internal ip. Vanilla install of debian 9 and dSipRouter was installed using dsiprouter.sh install -all -servernat. The setup completed and installed but only on the public ip address. Ive modifed the kamailio.cfg file but it still only seems to bind to 1 ip address when i run kamctl srv sockets(but does show the internal ip being aliased with external ip), in fact kamctl srv sockets doesnt show multihomed as enabled either
Just wondering if anyone is able to offer some advice on the initial setup of dSipRouter, Eg Should i start with start with only 1 nic, perform a NAT'ed setup. Shutdown, install 2nd nic, assign Public IP to 2nd nic, then do the mhomed=1 and change external_ip_addr in kamailio.cfg, and make the relevant changes to rtpengine.conf to reflect the new external IP address, Or is there another method to perform a base install of dsiprouter to then make the modifications to allow a multihomed config/?
Thanks in advance.
Grahame
