Clustering without tracking and Saving tracks

Hi Frank, I'm an undergraduate from SKKU in south Korea.

I'm sorry to ask again about clustering.

From what I know, I can do clustering without tracking by adding a trk file instead a fib file at GUI.

(please see an attached photo)

Is it possible when I use not GUI but CLI?

And can I save clustered outputs in trk files, not txt file in CLI?

Yes, use --action=ana --source=001.fib.gz --tract=tract.tt.gz --cluster=[Check out CLI documents]
