ROI dilation

Dear experts,

Does the dilation operator from "modify current region" tab dilate the ROI by 1 voxel?

is it possible to adjust the level of dilation?

Hi Mohammad,

You can call the function twice, then it is 2 voxel.

Dear Frank

I dilated my ROI using dilM,dilD,DilF option of fsl, but none of them is the same with ROI dilated by DSI-studio. I used standard kernel(3*3*3 box) for all those dilation.

Do you know what might be the reason?

The dilation function in DSI Studio is different from FSL.
