Mouse Fiber Tracking

Hi Frank, 

I hope all is well! I wanted to reach out in regards to whole brain fiber tracking for mice. I have an example file (along with bval and bvecs) that I have been using and the outcome is shown in the image attached here. I am using GQI, volume orientation correction and fixing the mask. Would love any help at this stage! Thank you!
