Hi Dr. Yeh,

I redownloaded the newest version of DSI Studio yesterday, and now when I use the Autotrack feature to reconstruct the corticospinal tracts, it discovers no tracts. I tried this with multiple files and it will show zero tracts and also zero deleted (so I do not believe it's a tracking parameter issue). Do you have any information on why this may be happening? I appreciate your feedback.

Thank you,

Juliana

It worked on my side. Could you update DSI Studio again, and if there is a .mz file with the FIB file, remove it and let DSI Studio work out normalization again.

I'm sorry about the issue. Is it possible to upload the FIB file for me to check the problem?

I will fix the bug as soon as possible.
