Dear DSI-Studio experts,

I am new to DSI Studio and am trying to run a deterministic tractography using the Freesurfer Destrieux Atlas as the parcellation. I used DSI for reconstructing my diffusion image. When I tried to set my ROIs to the imported parcellation (by overlaying the aprac.a2009+aseg.nii.gz file on the image), I was not successful in getting the tractography to run.

I am sure my mistake is very basic, but I have not had much luck using the documentation to solve my problem. Beside the documentation, do you know of any additional tutorials or resources for using dsi studio?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi Isaac,

I assume that your ROIs are based on the T1W images. Please refer
to "Load from nifti files", item 2 at
http://dsi-studio.labsolver.org/Manual/Fiber-Tracking#TOC-Load-from-nifti-files

If this does not work for you, please let me know.

Best regards,
Frank
