Voxel size correction

Hello Frank,

I opened a rodent .fib file on DSI (Jan 25, 2022 build) with the dimensions 0.25mm x 0.25mm x 1mm. The description on the right side panel read “The in-plane resolution was 0.250013 mm. The slice thickness was 0.250013 mm”. I tried to correct the thickness to 1mm by going to the SRC window and assigning the correct voxel sizes, but doing that only stretched out the 3D view of the brain (pictures attached).

How do I reconstruct the .fib file with the correct dimensions without warping the 3D image?

You may use the resample to isotropic function under the [Edit] menu at Step T2.
