Odd shape of SLF

Hi Frank. When running automated fiber tracking on the SLF, it always looks like a great mass instead of a longer-shaped structure. It also always lacks the frontal portion. All other tracts plotted (Cingulum, Corticostriatal tract, hippocampus alveus) All looks normal comparing them to the litterature and masks from the atlas in DSI studio. It is the same issue I have with all subjects from different databases.
