Dear Dr. Yeh,

I have preprocessed the DTI data in the QSIPrep. Could I use the FD value in the DSI Studio to replace the bad slice removal? In addition, Is it possible to apply the bad slices in the command line mode?

Thank you for your help.

Sorry, this is not available in DSI Studio because FSL eddy and other
tools have functions to replace bad slices.
It is unlikely we are going to make a new one here.
