Dear Frank,

I am wondering - is there any way to create SRC files for specific tracts (using a mask generated by DSI studio?) instead of the ones from the atlas?

Yes, [Step T3 Fiber Tracking] -> map a tract -> [Tracts][Tract to ROI]
-> save ROI as NIFTI using [Regions][Save]
The saved NIFTI can be used as the mask in Step T2.

Thank you for your prompt response! What I meant is extracting the tracts using the mask generated from the connectometry results for each participant separately.

You may use [Tract][Tract to ROI] to convert tracts to ROI and use it
in ROI-based fiber tracking:
