Dear Frank,

Thank you so much for providing DSI_studio.
I have encountered an issue that I unfortunately cannot solve:

I have reconstructed a series of subject using QSDR, and I have created a connectometry database using [C2: Create a Connectometry Database] based on the reconstruction outputs. Since my data are 1.25 mm³ resolution, I changed the target template to the hcp1065_1mm.fib.gz. I then opened the database with [T3: Fiber Tracking], tracked some tracts, and tried to get the statistics of these tracts for all subjects from the database. However, when I click on 'Tracts -> Statistics', I get an output file with values for the first rows (e.g. number of tracts, mean length etc.) but when it reaches the values for each subject, I just have the name of the first subject from the database, and then a blank value, just like this:

...

gfa 0.0874818

iso 0.493854

mni_icbm152_t1_tal_nlin_asym_09c 207.985

mni_icbm152_wm_tal_nlin_asym_09c 0.745039

sub-020_eddy_corrected_data mean_qa

It doesn't work for any tracts. Do you have any idea of why it can't extract the QA values?
I have done that in the past with another dataset, altough it was 2mm³ data, and it worked perfectly. I have uploaded the database file to your dropbox repository.

Thank you in advance for your help and for providing support to this great software.

It is working nicely on my side. My suggestion: (1) update DSI Studio (2) try on a computer with a larger memory
Hope this works for you.

Dear Frank,

I updated from the August build to the most recent version (September, 22), and it now works well.

Thank you for your help.
