Hi Frank- Just uploaded a bunch of files from a single participant and the FIB visualization looks funky. I tried both with the B1000 DTI and GQI and I get similar results. The protocol hasn't changed, are you able to tell what is wrong? Perhaps the B1000/2000 table is messed up? Thank you for your help!

Sorry for the late reply. The b-table has an orientation problem. Checking [Step T2b(2)][Check b-table] will handle it.
