Citation for FA Measures Calculated by low b-value

Hi Frank,

I am wondering if there is a citation you can provide for tensor measures being calculated by low b-value shells. 

This is seen after generating tensor-measures from tracts and I am hoping to cite something to rationalize this.

I could not recall a specific one, but there are many publications
about the optimal b-value for DTI. They are suggesting around ~1500
