Hello,

I am trying to run DSI Studio in arm64 nodes on an HPC cluster. It seems to me that the easiest way is to build a container, but I can't find a singularity def file or a dockerfile that I can adapt for that purpose.

Could you help me with this issue?

Thank you,
Beatriz

You can download the existing docker container and convert it to singularity container.

Best regards,
Frank

Hi Frank,

The docker container I found is for amd64. Is there one available for arm64?

Thanks,
Beatriz
