"ANT: Healthy aging and Parkinson's disease" Dataset Question

Hello Frank, I hope you're doing well.

I am looking to download T1W and DWI files from the data-openneuro/disease dataset present on the Fiber Data Hub. Specifically, I am looking at the "ANT: Healthy aging and Parkinson's disease" Dataset from OpenNeuro.

I was wondering if the DWI scans in these folders have been EDDY and TOPUP corrected? It says that scans were preprocessed using AFNI but I could not find specific information about what that involved in the dataset's files.

The processing details can be found by opening the .fz file and checking the method section at the bottom right corner.
