Interpretation of Tract Volume Stats

Hi, 

I am running an analysis where I have extracted tract statistics from part of the ARAS that connects the Locus Coeruleus to the Basal Forebrain. One of the metrics that is important in our statistical results is 4th quarter volume. But I am having trouble interpreting as I am not sure which direction the quarters are referring to (i.e., the end closest to the LC or to the BF). Is there a way to extract the orientation of the quarters to get this info?
