Hello,
I conducted a intervention on a number of children with cerebral palsy and collected data before and after the intervention. From the obtained data, I removed the bad slices and checked the b-table, and then I used eddy. Considering that the study cases were under anesthesia, I did not use motion correction.
After completing these steps, I performed tractography, the result of which is shown in the attached image. Is this process correct? Isn’t it necessary to use a specific method for the atrophy in these children?

Thank you very much for your time and guidance.
Best regards,
Setare

I checked the data you uploaded.  I got consistent results.
There are a lot of signal dropouts, and the optimal b-value could be higher (1,500).
Also, I would suggest using isotropic resolution of 2-mm. Currently the in-plane is much higher than slice thickness.
It can be reduced to decrease the echo time.
