Hi,
You’re right — the current Record function doesn’t capture the
connectivity dialog, so it can’t directly “record” a batch of Save
matrix actions.
For batch processing, the usual workaround is to generate the
connectivity matrices from the command line, and then load those
.connectivity.mat files back into the GUI for further analysis.
For example, for each subject you can run something like:
dsi_studio --action=trk --source=subject.fib.gz
--output=subject_all.tt.gz --connectivity=HCP-MMP
This will create connectivity files (MATLAB v4 format) next to your tract file.
