Hello, Frank. I'm sorry to bother you. But I'd like to ask about how to batch save my connection matrix for further analysis in GUI. As far as I know, there is no such option in Record. Thank you for your reply in advance.

Hi,

You’re right — the current Record function doesn’t capture the
connectivity dialog, so it can’t directly “record” a batch of Save
matrix actions.

For batch processing, the usual workaround is to generate the
connectivity matrices from the command line, and then load those
.connectivity.mat files back into the GUI for further analysis.

For example, for each subject you can run something like:

dsi_studio --action=trk --source=subject.fib.gz
--output=subject_all.tt.gz --connectivity=HCP-MMP

This will create connectivity files (MATLAB v4 format) next to your tract file.

太好了,弗兰克。现在我可以用hcp-mmp获取矩阵,但实际上,shen268图集只需要268×268的尺寸。不过我试过了,但根本没有矩阵文件。我现在不知道该怎么办,希望能得到你的帮助。
