dsi_studio crash while loading fib file

Hi,

I have recently installed dsistudio successfully on my ubuntu 18.04, CPU core i9, Ram: 64 G, GPU: Nvidia p4000, 8G. However, when I'm trying to load the fib file (template and non-template ones), the system gives me this error:

Gtk-Message: 00:54:10.482: GtkDialog mapped without a transient parent. This is discouraged.

loading sub-67_dwi

Segmentation fault (core dumped)

I have also updated the graphic on the system, but still, the issue has remained, Is there any chance if you could help me with that?

Have you tried opening the file using Windows or Mac version?

Does DSI Studio also crash?

Thank you very much for your quick reply.

It does actually work on the windows machine, but I was wondering why it fails to be run on Ubuntu!! I thought it might've happened before.

Are you able to open SRC file? Does the error only happen with FIB?

If yes, the driver problems in the OpenGL.

This is the most difficult part to troubleshoot.

I also face the similar problem.

yes i am able to open SRC file but facing problem when open FIB and error shows "Segmentation fault (core dumped)"
as you suggest the driver problems in the OpenGL, but I couldn't able to rectify this problem.

Can you suggest more about this problem.

I also face the similar problem.

I met problem when open the data.nii for step1,and indicated: no such interface "org.freedsktop .DBus .properties" on object at path /org/freedesktop?Networkmanger/ActiveConnection/31.

and before i could open SRC file but facing problem when open FIB and error shows "Segmentation fault (core dumped)" which maybe because my big file(30GB)

 I couldn't able to rectify this problem.

Can you suggest more about this problem.
