Creating mask according to result

Hi Frank
I obtained some results after the correlational tracking, and I noticed that the tt.file might be the location file. What I am trying to do is use the result to create a mask to process further MRI sequences. Is there any way I can utilize this file for masking other sequences?

There is a tract-to-region function at the GUI under the tract menu.
If you would like to use it on the command line, please let me know. I
will see how to make it possible.
