Generating new connectivity matrices from pre-generated tracks.tt.gz files

Hello,

I have implemented the tractography pipeline a month ago and already generated the tracks.tt.gz files and connectivity matrices for measures 'count' and 'fa'. Now I wish to generate more matrices from the same tracks.tt.gz files with measures like 'mean_length'. I am able to do this via the GUI but cannot find the CLI commands for this step. Please suggest the commands for the same.
