Dear Frank
I I converted the DTI data into SRC format and checked it, but it's strange that my Neighboring DWI correlation is always 0. What is the possible reason for this?

The conversion was not done correctly.
Only one SRC file should be created for the entire DWI scan.
I would suggest go through the workshop recording at practicum.labsolver.org

What does it mean to have only one src file? What do you mean, for example, if I have DTI files for 50 people, after rebuilding them into an src file, should these 50 people be included in one src file?

Sorry for the late reply.
If possible, please upload one SRC file, and I will help figure out the cause.
