DSI data

Hello all,

I have collected DSI data with 99 b values, but the step "eddy" can not be done with this kind of data with DSI studio. I want to know whether DSI data can be pre-processed with DSI studio? 

If I do the pre-processing steps with fsl software, whether the obtained results can be applied to do tractography with Dsi studio next?

Eddy cannot work on DSI data.

You may try qsiprep and just use DSIStudio' motion correction.

If I  do the pre-processing steps with FSL software，and use the pre-processed results to do  tractography with Dsi studio, whether the final result is credible?

And when I reconstruct the DSI data, should I use the GQI model for reconstruction?
