Sun crashing + segmentation faults on PC

Frank,

I'm running differential tractography using the most recent Sun version (Sep 19 2026) on a PC (x86_64 CPU download). 

I am unable to perform differential tractography in the GUI. Every time I select "Fiber Tracking" after setting the differential tractography parameters, the program crashes. Regular tractography (e.g., autotrack) works fine in the GUI. It only crashes when differential tractography settings are applied.

I was successfully able to run it on the command line, but it returns with a segmentation fault for RDI only (it works for QA, QIR, FA, MD, AD, RD, ISO, and gFA). I also have the June 26 2026 version of Hou installed on the PC, and differential tractography of RDI runs successfully in the GUI and command line using that version.

Thanks for your help. I identified the bug, which is due to inclusion of rdi.
The new build is underway and should be ready in one hour.
I tested it using the data you uploaded and it worked.
Please update DSI Studio and see if it works on your end.
